By accessing and using our online platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

First Light Patisserie specializes in artisan bakery and confectionery. Our services include, but are not limited to, bespoke cake design and creation, artisanal chocolate production, daily fresh pastries, custom dessert tables, corporate gift hampers, and confectionery workshops. All services are subject to availability and our specific product guidelines.

3. Orders and Custom Creations

3.1. Bespoke Orders: For bespoke cake designs, custom dessert tables, and other tailored offerings, a detailed consultation and agreement on design, flavours, size, and pricing will be required. A non-refundable deposit may be requested to secure the order and begin preparation.

3.2. Order Confirmation: All orders placed through our online platform or directly with First Light Patisserie are subject to our confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

3.3. Changes and Cancellations: Any changes or cancellations to confirmed orders must be communicated in writing within a specified timeframe, which will be detailed at the time of order confirmation. Late cancellations may incur a charge.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. Pricing: All prices for our products and services are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the agreed price.

4.2. Payment: Payment for products and services can be made through accepted methods as displayed on our online platform or advised during consultation. Full payment is required before collection or delivery of products, or before participation in workshops, unless otherwise agreed upon for large or corporate orders.

5. Delivery and Collection

5.1. Collection: Products can be collected from our premises at 72 Willow Creek Lane, Richmond, Greater London, TW9 1HR, during our specified operating hours. Identification may be required upon collection.

5.2. Delivery: Delivery services may be available for certain products within specific geographical areas, subject to an additional charge. Delivery dates and times are estimates and while we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for delays outside our control. Upon delivery or collection, responsibility for the goods transfers to you.

6. Allergens and Dietary Requirements

Our products are prepared in a kitchen where allergens such as nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs are present. While we take utmost care to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free of allergens. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of placing an order. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot assume liability for allergic reactions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our online platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of First Light Patisserie or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

First Light Patisserie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; and (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
